Poplar Dock
A residential development for Bellway Homes comprising of 476 houses and apartments with some commercial units at ground floor level.
The development was a tight urban scheme located in London Docklands and was bordered on two sides by water.
The development included a variety of units varying from 3 storey townhouses of traditional construction to 14 storey reinforced concrete frame structures.
Seven of the fourteen concrete frames had basement car parks. These also included two hard landscaped piazzas.
