Newbury Park
Construction of the R.C. sub-structure and superstructure works for Bellway Homes (Essex).
The package consisted of the construction of 6 superstructure blocks varying in height from 5 to 9 stories, springing off two separate podium slabs that cover underground basements.
The project was adopted by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) in further research to identify and achieve best practice in concrete frame construction.
