Construction of a 9 storey R.C. frame, sandwiched between 2 existing structures.
The works included pile attendance, temporary works to basement, site drainage, groundworks and construction of basement car park.
From ground floor level the frame was constructed to 9th floor level and included the incorporation of structural steelwork that supports a number of concrete slabs.
