We provided a value engineered pad foundation and perimeter sheet piling solution that got the project off to a flying start.

Having analysed the frame and rationalised the design by reducing service zones and structural member size we were able to provide significant savings to our client.

By negotiating with the local authority we were able to establish an alternative access and egress to the site that enabled the marketing suite to be delivered a month early.
